Brian has over 20 years experience in taxation, and is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He served as an Inspector of Taxes with the Revenue for eight years, and was formerly a Senior Tax Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian is a member of the Council of the Institute of the Certified Public Accountants and a member of TALC (the liaison committee between tax consultants and the Revenue). He is also the editor of the Irish Taxation Institute’s book on Capital Allowances and lectures extensively on taxation for professional bodies and to business people. Brian specialises in advising on the purchase and sale of businesses and structuring tax based ventures.
Eugene is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years, working in the audit department for three years before moving to the tax department in 1990. He has advised clients on providing venture capital for investment in both indigenous and international start up companies, and has extensive experience in structuring tax based property investments, and the syndication of Irish and UK property. Eugene also specialises in giving corporate tax advice to Irish based companies and providing personal tax and wealth management advice to high net worth individuals.
